The Veins Into The City on Flickr.Via Flickr: Last night I ventured into one of my favorite spots to see if I could finally get a good sunset from this location. I was about another 50 feet down for sunset and I could see the clouds over alcatraz start blowing up, some “epic” clouds and color. started forming. But unfortunately, I was blocked by this dang Bridge and the overgrown trees! Maybe I should have stayed up higher for the above view. I need to clone myself so I can be in more places at once :) After sunset I came up to this spot to get this close view I have always wanted to get. Once I get a part back for my track I think this spot will be perfect! I still did timelapse though. This is a 30 second shot with the Canon 16-35mm f/2.8 L II. I have always shot with the 17-40mm and have never liked the star bursts it created. This proves why I got the 16-35, just look at those lights :) I will shows the comparison shots I took in both in later blog post.Website | facebook | Google+ | Blog | Stipple
